Production

We strive to fulfil all orders within two working days. Please keep this timeline in mind when placing your order. For large orders that need to be expedited, please contact us for the most accurate estimated delivery date. Please note that in cases where we are experiencing a high volume of orders, our maximum daily production capacity may be exceeded, extending the production period beyond two working days. Nevertheless, we always aim to complete orders within this timeframe.

 

Shipping details

We ship worldwide - all orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

If you're an international customer, please note that once Royal Mail dispatches your package, it will be handed over to your countries national postal service (such as Canada Post or USPS).

UK Shipping

• UK - £2.20 1st class (1-2 days average)

International Shipping

Please be aware you may have to pay import duty on shipments from overseas. For certain countries, we only offer a tracked service.

• EU - £5 ( 5+ days average )
• Outside EU - £6 ( 6+ days average )

For current shipping time estimations, please get in touch. We're seeing 1-2 weeks are currently average around the world for AirMail.

While our standard shipping options are both reliable and efficient, please keep in mind that we can't guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. However, if you're working with a tight schedule – perhaps you've got a race coming up – we're happy to arrange expedited shipping using a different company, such as UPS. Just send us an email before placing your order, and we'll work with you to get a quote and arrange this.
