VAT

VAT is a 20% tax on top of our prices which applies only to the UK. We pay this directly to the government - unfortunately we have no choice but to charge this.

As we're based in the UK, we have to charge VAT to customers within the UK. This will be automatically added at the checkout when you enter in your delivery address. If you're a VAT registered business, then you can claim the VAT back.

If you're based outside of the UK - the USA or EU for example, we won't charge you VAT however you might have to pay import duty upon delivery. This will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
